BrainUP, registered in Austria under the name of Kristina Radulovic, GISA registration number 37227678, is a management consulting & coaching company. We tailor coaching and consulting programs to help you reach your full potential.

What personal data do we collect, how do we use it and why?

 

Information requests

 

If you request information about our services (e.g. through our contact form or by emailing us) we will collect your contact details, i.e. name, surname, email address, telephone number, etc. If you are a client, we will collect your contact details and the contact details required for billing purposes.

 

Clients 

 

We collect and process data related to our clients in order to provide services, and to fulfill contractual and/or legal obligations. Such data includes name, contact details (address, phone number, email), billing information, and tax ID (applicable for legal entities only).

 

Website Use

 

Standard Website user information (including user journeys and cookie tracking based on your preferences) is collected when visiting and interacting with our website. You can change your cookie settings anytime in your web browser. 

 

Pictures and Testimonials 

 

Pictures and testimonials may be used and published on our website, any social media channel (e.g. LinkedIn), or used for reference in workshops or materials, only after obtaining your explicit verbal or written  permission. When publishing pictures and/or testimonials we might collect and use your name, job title and the name of the company you represent. You may withdraw your consent freely, at any given time and without any reason, with effect in the future. 

 

We do not collect or otherwise process any sensitive or special categories of data, nor do we use automated decision making or profiling for the delivery of our services.

 

Where do we get your personal information from?

 

Directly from you. We do not collect or process any personal data which has not been provided directly by you.

 

For how long do we keep your personal data?

 

Information requests

 

Data related to information requests is stored for 6 months, unless explicitly requested by the prospect client to be deleted earlier. In case of a resulting business relationship, any relevant correspondence may be kept longer subject to the applicable laws and regulations covering business communication. 

 

Clients

 

The retention periods result from the statutory obligations or from statutory limitation periods. 

 

Website Use

 

Cookies may have different data retention periods depending on their type and own preferences set. You can change your cookie settings anytime in your web browser. 

 

Pictures and Testimonials

 

Pictures and testimonials may be retained and reused for an unlimited period of time, unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement between BrainUP and the client, or until the client withdraws their consent. 

 

Lawful bases

 

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services are:

  • Contract - fulfilling a contractual business relationship with a client to deliver services, or a pre-contractual relationship with a prospect client;

  • Legal basis - fulfilling legal and/or regulatory obligations we are subject to;

  • Consent - for the use of pictures, testimonials, and website tracking.

 

Who do we share your data with?

 

We use your personal data to provide you with the information or the services you requested. We do not transfer your personal data or provide otherwise access to it to third parties, unless we are required to in order to comply with legal and/or regulatory obligations we are subject to (e.g. to Financial and Tax authorities, auditors, etc.), or unless the third parties are our contracted service providers (e.g. website provider, marketing agency, etc.).
