Leveraging over 20 years in finance industry, including a decade managing teams, I am a seasoned consultant and coach with a proven track record. Through a unique blend of corporate experience, coaching expertise and a wide range of tools and techniques at my disposal, I specialize in helping individuals and teams to unlock potential, drive results and bridge the gap between corporate needs and personal growth.
My Story
Back in 2015, I hit a crisis. Hard. My work stopped making sense, I saw no purpose in things I was doing and I had a nagging feeling that I'm wasting my life. All of it made me angry and I had to find a solution. Fast. Taking a sabbatical to figure things out on my own seemed like too long of a way, so I decided to take a short-cut and went to therapy. At the end of the first session, my therapist revealed an unexpected twist: I didn't need therapy; I needed coaching. This revelation sparked a newfound curiosity, leading me down a path of exploration into the world of coaching and its interconnected fields. And to this day, I haven't looked back.
Bridging the Gap: Corporate Expertise with Coaching Power
With over two decades of experience in the finance industry, including over ten years as a manager, I have established myself as a seasoned senior executive, consultant, and professional certified coach. My corporate expertise encompasses change management, process management, organizational transformation, operational excellence, and project portfolio management.​
I've been a professional coach since 2016. I have over 800 hours of coaching experience across a diverse range of clients, including corporate employees, managers at various levels, company owners, startup founders, and teams. I have provided coaching and training to HR and project teams, and I have successfully implemented Agile methodologies into the daily work of various support functions, such as PMO, Accounting, and Compliance. I also used the coaching tools and techniques with my own teams and I know what works.
I hold a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coach Federation and a certification in solution-focused coaching from Erickson Coaching International. My further certifications include: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), DISC and Motivators assessments, Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0/360 assessment, Neurozone Advanced certification, and NeuroGraphica Specialist certification.
